As a real estate video producer and digital marketing expert, BreakthruVideo.TV worked all areas of the marketing for this property, until it was sold.  First, a plan was created with the objective of minimizing cost and maximizing profits.  This specific strategy articulated the weekly actions that would be taken until the property went under contract.  A professional video was fundamental in telling the story about the home.  It branded and accentuated the home’s location, while providing a virtual tour as well.
What’s more engaging, an abundance of images of a house, or a “lifestyle story” of a single-family home?  In this story, a pleasant voice-over narrates the perfect blend of country living and life near the ocean.  Viewers take a tour through the home and aerial shots of the cul de sac were captured using a drone.  Being the “Cool De Sack” is in an area that is more rural, but also part of Miami-Dade County, displaying the accessibility to expressways and major roads was one of the objectives.
Nearby shopping and recreational locations were shared to help build a community vibe.  The audio-visual presentation showcased many of the renovations done and the home’s open concept.  The pace of the video is upbeat, but not rushed.  It may feel like country living, but with its proximity to the ocean and urban-life of Miami, Florida, it provides the perfect blend.  The shots of decor evoke warmth, while the space on the inside and outside of the home, accentuate its spaciousness.  Environmental and energy saving elements of the home give buyers a sense of ease with energy bills and the family’s well-being.  Graphics deliver a few facts, the web address, along with the call-to-action.
